A short guided reflection inspired by the real work participants move through inside The Key Journal program.
The Key Journal is a purposeful 12-month psychosocial program designed to help build practical skills, confidence and independence. Delivered through structured weekly sessions combining guided journaling and physical activity, we support participants to build self-awareness, develop consistent habits, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
Every session in the program begins here. Before anything else — a message to yourself, what you're grateful for, and what you're showing up for today.
Values are the beliefs and principles that guide your decisions and influence how you live your life. When your actions align with your values, you are more likely to feel a sense of direction, purpose and consistency in your day-to-day life.

At the end of each week, participants take time to look back honestly — not to judge, but to understand. What worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward.
This is the kind of awareness the program builds over 12 months — one reflection at a time.
What you just moved through is a genuine sample of the work participants do inside our program — every week, across 12 months. Structured reflection. Honest awareness. Consistent growth.
If you have participants who would benefit from additional structure, routine, and psychosocial development support, we'd love to connect.
