What we do

DELIVERING OUR PROGRAM

We work with individuals, as they develop themselves through our progressive program. Our approach is focused around two key areas:

Personal Development – Each participant receives our Key Journal to guide them through structured focus points, including goal setting, building a morning routine, identifying personal values, career direction and relationship development. We also encourage daily journaling to help create lasting, healthy habits.
Physical Movement – We integrate physical movement into our program, which may include a workout, a walk or even a run! For those local to the Central Coast, sessions can be held at The Hybrid Headquarters, a semi-private training facility owned by Mitchell, providing a quiet and comfortable environment.

We understand the importance of supporting both mental and physical health for overall well-being.

To make our program accessible and personalised, we offer flexible delivery options such as 1-on-1 Sessions, Digital Delivery and Group Programs.

Our mission is to normalise personal development and provide innovative ways for people to achieve real, positive change.

WHATS INCLUDED

Years of experience and relevant qualifications in the self-development field.

Inclusion of our very own journal, a tool we have created to enhance the self-development experience. Our program is centred around this.

Participants receive access to our in depth self-development program that is intentionally designed for progress and building healthy habits in their life.

Monthly and yearly progress reports delivered to the coordinator, providing a clear overview of each participant’s development. This allows us to work closely with the coordinator on what is working well and areas we can be of more support.

A dedicated WhatsApp group for ongoing support, check-ins, and resource sharing to support the participant’s journey.

Clients may access personalised training programs created through our coaching app by Mitchell, ensuring tailored fitness sessions.

Participants may enjoy access to The Hybrid HQ Gym for our sessions, contributing to a well-rounded self-development experience.

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mitch and his Key Journal team late last year. I had been looking for a resource to bring on board to assist my client in her recovery from non compliance of medication for bi polar disorder. After listening to Mitch explain how the Key Journal works I knew this would be a good resource to help my client in her mental health recovery. My only worry was if Mitch would be able to connect with my client in her present state of mind.
From our first meeting I was impressed with Mitch’s care and compassionate attitude when dealing with my client. I remember the first day we met with Mitchell at our home; he spoke to Noah in an extremely caring way, which made him feel comfortable. Mitchell found the right trainer for him, and we were lucky enough to meet Jaydon. Noah's first session with The Key Journal was a nervous one, but he was willing to give it a go. He is now so comfortable and loves being a part of the gym. He has set many goals and achieved them with ease. Jaydon is caring, knowledgeable, nurturing, and best of all, treats Noah like a mate. Noah struggles to speak to others, but when he is with Jaydon, he chats up a storm about his favorite topic, WWE. Jaydon has WWE on the large TV every time Noah attends to make him feel welcome. Noah is now training at home, studying, learning to drive, and best of all, has the confidence to attempt new tasks.
